Artwork Set Up
Resolution: 300 dpi minimum.
Format: PDF or JPEG.
Colour: CMYK (RGB/Pantones will be converted during proofing.
Fonts: Outlined or Embedded.
Bleed: 3mm.
Safe Zone: 3mm, if your artwork features solid colour between your artwork and the trim, we recommend 4mm border.

Materials Information
Aluminium Composite:
Manufactured with 150-micron aluminium skins surrounding a black, 100% recycled LDPE core. These panels offer an ideal balance of strength and rigidity, making them suitable for long-term use in demanding environments.
Correx® by Corplex:
Produced from 3.5mm thick Correx® by Corplex—fluted corrugated plastic that’s lightweight, easy to handle, weatherproof, and ideal for outdoor applications.
Display Board:
Created from 2000-micron FSC-certified display board, featuring a core made from recycled fibres. This provides an excellent PVC-free option for environmentally conscious clients.
Foamalite Express:
Available in 3mm or 5mm white foam board, providing a smooth and durable surface for indoor displays.
Printing Method
Printed using advanced EFI™ VUTEk® H5 printers with LED-UV technology, delivering sharp, vibrant imagery and consistent, accurate colour reproduction on every panel.

Delivery: Included in price. Split delivery available for an additional cost. Please note: split delivery adds 1 working day onto your turnaround.
Turnaround: Same Day Express artwork must be approved by 5:00pm. For all other turnarounds, artwork must be approved by 6:30pm to receive your order on the expected delivery date.
Please note artwork for manual proofing needs to be sent to Studio/uploaded by 4pm the latest to get a proof back on the same day.
